Originally from Gretna, VA, Morgan earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Longwood University. She joined Moore’s in 2010 and has since grown into multiple leadership roles, from Onboarding Specialist to Partner Care leader to now serving as the Partner Operations Leader. In this role, she oversees the Partner Care team—responsible for benefits, onboarding, and reception— as well as recruiting and marketing, and leads broader operational initiatives that support Moore’s Partners.
Morgan lives in Campbell County with her husband, Heath, and their two children, Michael and Wyatt. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her children’s many extracurricular activities—including dance, sports, and gymnastics—and going to concerts.
