Jason joined Moore’s Electrical & Mechanical in 2020 as Service Operations Manager for the Northern Virginia market, later expanding his leadership to include Charlottesville. In 2023, he was promoted to Regional Operations Manager, helping grow the team through hiring, training, and leadership development.
As North Eastern Regional Manager, Jason’s responsibilities now also include Richmond and Virginia Beach, with a combined field team nearing 90 technicians. He oversees service operations across these markets, focusing on developing strong leaders, supporting field partners, improving efficiency, and delivering quality service. As the team continues to grow, Jason remains committed to safety, accountability, and building lasting customer relationships.
Jason and his wife, Stephanie, live in Manassas, Virginia, with their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball, softball, pickleball, and other sports.
