Nathan began working at Moore’s in 2012 and now serves as our Talent Acquisition Manager, leading recruiting efforts across all divisions of the company. He oversees a skilled team of recruiters dedicated to connecting top talent with opportunities that align with Moore’s culture and values. Nathan aims to help people find meaningful careers and building strong, lasting teams that support Moore’s continued growth across Virginia and North Carolina.
Outside of work, Nathan has served the community as a youth sports coach in soccer, basketball, and baseball. He currently serves as the Coordinator for the Gretna Youth League and is a member of the Gretna Baseball Boosters. Nathan lives in Pittsylvania County with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children. He enjoys spending time with family, coaching, sports, hunting, and fishing.
