We partner with you to obtain the necessary documentation to create a custom safety and repair procedure based on your equipment and facility requirements. We’ll provide a custom quote and scope of work for repairs or alterations.
No down time? No problem. We will work around your facility’s schedule, disrupting production as little as possible. Our “R” Stamp Certified Welders provide welding solutions according to the plan created by our on staff Certified Welding Inspector.
We will handle all paperwork filing to the National Board. Our close-out paperwork provides a complete record of the job and includes detailed work procedures, welder qualifications, test reports, material identification and origin, QC documentation, drawings and weld maps.
They go out of their way to help me. Even when it’s not in their area. When I call, they respond right away. They know the plant. They know the whole plant. I show them what I need and they handle it. I don’t have to spend time showing an issue to a manager and then again to whoever shows up to work on it.
We had no power to the building, and we thought it might be months before we could get back online. The longer we weren’t back online was costing us money and we couldn’t afford to be down. Moore’s worked in short minute notice on the weekend to install a generator to get us back up and running. That was over beyond my expectations as far as understanding our needs, but then also exceeding our timeline.
What really stood out was the quality of work and the craftsmanship and the attention to detail. They were fantastic and communication with the customer was just amazing. With this whole project, everything was a time crunch, but they were able to allocate the right resources and get the job done so we will be up and running on time.
